hello again ladies (and men) here is  3 protein hair masks to give your hair that polished glow, and to restore your hair to it's natural strength. so i hope you enjoy!

Your hair is made up of protein. Everyday styling and the wears and tears of life can strip moisture out of your hair. The best way to put moisture and shine back  to your hair is  by getting a protein treatment. Protein smooths the cuticle of the hair, creating smoother strands and stronger hair.Protein treatments are expensive at salons. Instead of buying those expensive treatments you can make your own easily at home. Homemade protein treatments are all natural and with frequent use you get a long lasting result.

Egg is the best source of protein for your hair. The yolk is rich in fat and protein which is extremely moisturizing. The white is full of bacteria eating enzymes which cleanses your hair and scalp. Use a full egg for normal to dry hair. For oily hair and scalp, use only whites. Egg alone or mixed with more protein rich ingredients can be applied to the hair. This treatment can be used every two weeks or monthly. Take one egg or two depending on the length and thickness of your hair. Beat until frothy and apply it your hair and scalp. Make sure all your hair is properly covered with egg. Cover with a shower cap and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and shampoo. If you find the smell of egg unpleasant, add a few drops of lemon juice.

Yogurt :

Mayonnaise is made of oil and egg so it’s very moisturizing for hair. The high-fat content of avocados makes hair less dry and prone to breakage. Mix two tbsp mayonnaise and half mashed avocado in a bowl until creamy. Apply this homemade conditioner through your hair concentrating on the ends. For even distribution, use a wide tooth comb.

8 ways to use Epsom salt

hey everyone i recently was looking at my bag of Epsom salt and wondered "i wonder what all i can use this for" so i did a little research. Now without any hesitation i present you with  8 amazing ways to use Epsom salt!

1. Improve Overall Health

Researchers say that soaking in an Epsom salt bath and absorbing the minerals through the skin is one of the easiest ways to increase the body's levels of both magnesium and sulfate. Use 2 cups of Epsom salt per bath, soak 3 times weekly for at least 12 minutes.

2. Treat Body Aches

Sulfate is important for joint and tissue function. Increasing the body's level can lessen discomfort from sports injuries, arthritis, sprains, strains, the flu and other aches. Use 2 cups of Epsom salt per bath, soak 3 times weekly for at least 12 minutes.

3. Fade Bruises

To lessen the appearance of bruises, make a compress by soaking a washcloth in cold water mixed with Epsom salt – use two tablespoons per cup – then apply to the skin.

4. Remove Splinters

According to the Epsom Salt Council, Epsom salt increases osmotic pressure on the skin, which draws foreign bodies (such as splinters) toward the surface. Dissolve one cup of Epsom salt in a tub of water and soak the affected area.

5. Natural Hair Volumizer

For big, bouncy hair, give it a volumizing mask by mixing one part hair conditioner to one part Epsom salt and work the mixture through your locks. Leave on for 20 minutes, rinse and style as usual.

6. Make a Face mask

Boost your the magnesium in your facial skin while also exfoliating and deep-cleansing by mixing 1/2 teaspoon of Epsom salt with cleansing cream. Massage on skin, rinse with cool water and dry.

7. Feed House Plants

House plants love the minerals in Epsom salt, feed them monthly by mixing in two tablespoons Epsom salt per gallon of water.

8. Grow Ginormous Pumpkins

The world's largest pumpkin, grown by pumpkin whisperer Ron Wallace, weighed in at 2,009 pounds. Wallace's secret weapon? Epsom salts. "People think that you use it for your feet but it's also a great form of fertilizer," said Wallace.
